Cantharellus cinnabarinus
Having a famous celebrity relative can be annoying, especially if you’re the beautiful one. Yellow Chanterelles (Cantharellus cibarius) are prized around the world in exotic restaurants.
But these aren’t Yellow Chanterelles. These are Red Chanterelles (Cantharellus cinnabarinus) a related species that nobody gets excited about because Red Chanterelles don’t get invited to exotic restaurants.
